Prepare the Package
Pack your tools securely in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
